Share the joy of welcoming Shabbat together as a community with music, prayer, and wisdom from this week’s Torah portion. We’ll also welcome Dr. Alex Kor, son of Mickey and Eva Kor - both Holocaust survivors. Eva Kor was the founder of the Candles Holocaust Museum in Terre Haute, sponsored by the Simon Fund for Holocaust Remembrance.

Dr. Kor is the author of a book memorializing his parents, entitled A Blessing, Not a Burden, which he will summarize at his presentation.

First come first serve complimentary copies of the book will be available to members of Temple Beth- El, and can be picked up at the Temple office beginning September 3rd.
