Are you a member of Temple Beth-El or a child of a member? The Kurt and Tessye Simon Scholarship Fund, established in 1989, offers college scholarship assistance to both undergraduate and graduate students. This year, the total amount of scholarships awarded to Simon Scholars was $41,000!

Applications are now available online and must be submitted by May 9, 2025. To apply, you'll need:

  • Two letters of recommendation (one for graduate school applicants)

  • Grade transcript

  • Essay

  • Details of extra-curricular activities

  • Budget form listing tuition, housing, and incidentals

Whether you're enrolling in a 2-year or 4-year college/university, technical/trade school, or graduate program, you are eligible to apply.
