Share Your Joy & Honor Loved Ones
by LouAnn Dobbins, President of Temple Beth-El
DO YOU HAVE A SIMCHA?…OR PERHAPS YOU WANT TO HONOR SOMEONE, OR REMEMBER SOMEONE!
Many of you have shared how much you enjoy having a pizza dinner after Shabbat services, or kiddish lunch after Saturday morning Torah services. It is a chance to enjoy community with each other. Gathering for prayer, study and celebration are integral components of Jewish life.
How about sharing with our Temple community by helping to underwrite a dinner, or a Kiddish lunch? Many of you have done this in the past by helping to underwrite our Temple bulletin, which is now emailed to most of us. This is a way to continue to share our good times with your friends and family. It is suggested that a contribution of $150.00 would be to help underwrite a dinner or lunch, however, whatever you feel is appropriate is also welcome.
To sponsor a meal please call Temple offices and let Ashley know who you are honoring. You can send a check or pay online on the Temple website.
